We are a fast paced, growing company seeking Queue Coordinator to support the flow of our call-center's incoming sales calls.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
? Seamlessly manage queue of incoming sales calls to assure accurate and prompt response by sales team.
? Provide daily reports and statuses to management as required
? Assign breaks and coordinate work schedules to ensure uninterrupted call-center coverage
? Respond to chat-box questions from sales team
? Assist, track, and update contest stats
? Answer sales calls as needed.
We are seeking candidates to work the following shifts:
Saturday and Sunday - 9am-6pm or 10pm-7pm (mandatory)
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 6pm-11pm (some flexibility with weekdays desired)
? Exceptional, split-second decision-making skills
? Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to give direction
? Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
? Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
? Strong attention to detail
? Excellent phone skills, active listening, strong verbal and writing skills
? Ability to set goals and meet scheduled deadlines
? Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
? Ability to learn new software applications quickly and easily
? Ability to work independently
? Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service preferred
