JOB SUMMARY
The Office Administrator/Front Desk Receptionist is the office ambassador. He or she is responsible for providing routine administrative support, including special projects, and customer service to both internal and external customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-Manages incoming and outgoing mail
-Manages clerical duties such as filing and scanning
-Prepares special mail including FedEx, UPS or courier services
-Manages customer payment accounts and billing inquires
-Conducts inventory of office supplies; processes online orders as needed
-Answers incoming telephone calls, routes calls appropriately
-Supports executives by providing administrative support including scheduling appointments, meeting arrangements and travel

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

-Must be able to use the advanced functions of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
-Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail
-Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
-Must have experience answering multi-line phone system
-Must have experience working with outside vendors
-Must be able to troubleshoot problems and think critically in time sensative situations

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. This job requires employees to sit for extended periods of time.

HOURS & COMPENSATION

$8.00+ per hour (based on experience)
Monday- Friday, 9AM- 2:30PM
