Wormsloe State Historic Site is looking for a person who is willing to work 4 days a week, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for 7 hours a day as an Interpretive Ranger. The hours are from 9:30am to 5:00pm with a lunch break included. The pay is $9 an hour.
The duties that the successful applicant would perform during these days/hours would be giving guided tours of the site to the public, helping to give group tours to school groups, and a little bit of light maintenance, which includes but not limited to picking up trash on the trails, sweeping, and stocking the restrooms. The person chosen for this job would be require to dress up in colonial 18th century clothing while giving tours the majority of the time.
