Responsible for the development and delivery of training programs with a primary focus on Housekeeping. The training includes providing on-boarding for the newest employees of housekeeping staff and on-going development for current employees within all departments.
1. Train new employees in housekeeping safety polices and procedures.
2. Develop and deliver training materials using manuals, multimedia and educational material.
3. Analyze training needs to develop new programs or improve existing ones.
4. Determine training issues and retrain employees as needed.
Must have three years of training experience including e-learning. We prefer knowledge of hospital or housekeeping experience.
