The Media Assistant is an integral support member of the Media team. Media Assistants work closely with Buyers, Planners and Account Management to ensure that campaigns run smoothly. They organize all stages of the buying process from meeting on initial requests, to carrying out post analysis and reporting requests.
Maintaining quality relationships with Networks and Stations
Calling for rates, and network research information
Organizing large buys with several buyers in a department
Analyzing Pre and Post Logs and contacting stations for data
Analyzing rating point delivery
Creating detailed presentations new business submission.
Campaign Liaison to network traffic department, requesting tapes, information etc.
Campaign Liaison to Accounting department, overseeing the securing of credit terms
Ability to juggle tasks and work on several campaigns at once
Bachelor's Degree required
Creative and organized
Ability to work independently
Has the ability to troubleshoot and is self-motivated
Manage multiple priorities daily and strong organizational skills
Strong computer skills with a firm understanding of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
