Local Software Company seeks a full time Marketing & Customer Service professional to join their fast paced growing company. Use your diverse skillset to perform a variety of tasks in marketing (60%) and customer service (40%).

Marketing -- Responsible for social media campaigns, creation of flyers, brochures updating and creating marketing materials. Other duties will include working on the website, newsletters, presentations and day-to-day projects.
Customer Service - Utilize the company's CRM tool to input, forecast and track, manage customer activity and answer client questions. Telephone prospective clients.

Comfortable with software
Internet savvy including experience in social media
Adaptable and confident
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Knowledgeable in social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram

Salary: $13-$15/during temporary period (commensurate with experience)

Permanent salary: $27,000-$35,000

Temporary-Permanent hire

Hours: Monday- Friday 9:00 am -- 6:00 pm
