Marketing Programs Manager Burlington, MA
(Salary: $80-$90K)

The Marketing Programs Manager will be instrumental in creating, executing and managing marketing programs to ensure the company reaches its business goals. The candidate will be required to globally support integrated campaigns, events, Webinars, seminars, tradeshows, and other demand generation projects.

This is a hands-on, tactical position with project management responsibilities working with digital marketing, communications, operations, graphic and web design. You will partner with marketing resources in EMEA and APAC, providing corporate coordination and leadership in the development and execution of global programs.

Responsibilities:
Work with the global demand generation team to build, develop and execute a go-to-market plan for each key business segment with the overall goal of driving high quality leads to the inside sales team.
Support global marketing efforts with planning, managing and executing seminars, Webinars and tradeshows including program components such as promotional emails, speaking material, banners, etc.
Ensure marketing events and campaigns are synched with the marketing and content calendars.
Work within the marketing automation system Marketo to input and extract data, build campaigns, email distribution, etc.
Closed-loop communication about spending, overseeing planned allocations and providing recommendations to take advantage of opportunities as they arise with partners and direct marketing programs.
Manage the company's relationships with external professional organizations
Plan, execute, and manage demand generation campaigns for North American resellers and partners.

Requirements:
BA/BS degree in Marketing/Business or a related field
5 to 7 years max of experience in business-to-business marketing, preferably in an enterprise software company
Self-starter, with the ability to contribute to the creation and execution of marketing programs that produce awareness and preference for the company's products in targeted market segments
Previously managed a team of marketing professionals
Demonstrated proficiency in writing compelling marketing content, along with research, editing and communication skills
Past experience of Eloqua, Marketo, and Salesforce
Experience managing events from start to finish
Excellent project and program management skills
Understanding of the creative process
Expert user of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat
Experience in the open source/software development/technology field a plus
