Position Overview
STS Technical Services is actively seeking qualified candidates for Logistics Analyst to work in the Sterling Heights, MI location.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The analyst is required to produce information that supports decisions affecting readiness, reliability, maintainability, as well as marketing and design.
The Knowledge Center is a TVSD effort to harness the power of information to supports numerous initiatives including supply chain management, warranty, scheduled maintenance, performance trends, technical assistance, and overall fleet readiness.
Will be expected to honor and maintain company product and business information confidentiality as outlined in the Non-Disclosure Agreement signed upon employment; and learn and practice all required Export Controls.
Provide information as required to TVSLP readiness and reliability engineers as well STS engineers
Provide charts to support marketing efforts as requested
Determine opportunities for Contractor Logistics Support
Experiment with ways to capture and broadcast information such as scheduled maintenance to US Army points of contact
Recommend actions and efforts to enhance FMTV Readiness and reporting.
Keep current with Company and Industry changes with emphasis on understanding and working with export/import rules and procedures.
Keep management informed of any special items needing discussion/attention

Basic Qualifications
Develop charts to portray fleet readiness around the globe on a weekly basis
Maintain a database to support technical assistance that could include limited drawings (with links to Configuration Management), technical manuals and Frequently Asked Questions
Capture data that supports forecasts for spare parts at large and specifically for TVSLP warranty
Conduct trend analysis to determine readiness and cost drivers in terms of spare parts for the FMTV fleet

Educational Requirements
High School Diploma and/or GED and beyond
