Under general supervision from the Associate Director of HR, the HR Compliance Coordinator serves as the College's compliance coordinator and supports the College and its employees through the administration of HR audit and compliance activities and acts as a central point for identification and resolution of HR compliance issues by adhering to a wide variety of Federal and State employment laws.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
Three years' technical experience Human Resource Management
HR Certification: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP
Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration
Provide counsel and assist managers with Federal/State employment laws
Properly handle confidential and sensitive information
Investigate compliance claims and report findings
Collect, compile, analyze and prepare reports on compliance related matters
Serves as ADA, Title VII/Fair Practices Officer
Perform other related duties as required
Provide information to support development of HRIS as needed
