Tedder Industries LLC is one of the fastest growing manufacturers of holsters and accessories for the conceal carry market. Our sales are growing rapidly and we need additional team members to continue providing the highest level of service possible.
We are looking for experienced and personable customer service representatives to handle phone calls and emails from customers.
Position is Full-time, 40 hours a week. Weekend Availability Required (Both Saturday and Sunday).
Answering phone calls and emails from customers
Troubleshooting order and shipping issues
Online Customer Service, including chat and social media
Work effectively in a team environment
Other job duties may be required
Desired Skills and Qualities:
Multi-Line Call Center Experience a plus
Excellent Communication skills
Excellent Customer Service skills
Good work ethic
Excellent attendance record
Proficient at following direction
Willing to contribute ideas to improve processes, culture, etc.
