National Braille Press is a non-profit organization committed to blind and visually impaired individuals through our braille resources. The Accounts Manager works with customers to produce high-quality braille textbooks and standardized tests for school systems nationwide as well as braille menus, airline safety guides, and other necessary resources for blind people to actively engage in education, work, family, and community affairs.
We are looking for a motivated candidate to help us increase sales strategies for revenue growth. You will be responsible for obtaining new business while upholding current relationships to achieve customer satisfaction and maximize profitability.
Develop and execute strategic plan to attain sales goals and to expand the company's customer base
Build and estimate quotes and compile research for bidding
Manage sales volume by collaborating on specifications, pricing, and timelines with Production
Create and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by communicating effectively
Proven sales experience (3-5 years preferred), consistently meeting or exceeding budgets
Ability to manage workflow by communication with customers and Production team
Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
Effective negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
