Busy self-employed prop stylist and artist seeking an energetic, self motivated and responsible admin and personal assistant to help with day-to-day tasks. Owner has a home office in Millbrook, NY, but often works in NYC on photoshoots. Owner also has a vacation rental business, which she also needs assistance with.

Hours would be part-time. Looking for someone flexible, with the ability to work in response to when help is needed, either from home or from the owner's home office. The work is fast-paced, and is often by email, text, and phonecall, especially when the owner is in NYC.

Skills Required:
- PC and Mac literate
- Microsoft Word/Excel

Typical Required Tasks:
- Invoicing
- Scanning
- Picking up mail
- Writing checks
- Paying bills
- Checking the vacation rental property
- Balancing checkbooks
- Online Banking
- Payroll
- Finance Updates

"Extra" Tasks - would be a bonus for assistant to do:
- Website design and upkeep
- Quickbooks - Bookkeeping - for 2 businesses

"Extra" Skills - would be a bonus:
- Quickbooks
- Web design
- Photoshop
- Knowledge of photography industry
