BMW of DEVON is currently looking for Exceptional Sales Professionals.
We are building our sales force around client advisers that can initiate and maintain relationships with our customers looking for the perfect new or pre owned vehicle.
If you have a history of successful vehicle sales--one built on charisma, communication and thorough product knowledge (we'll teach you everything you need to know about BMW)--we want to talk to you!
BMW of Devon is a member of the Sloane Automotive Group. Our main focus is to provide exceptional customer service, as well as a fair and comfortable atmosphere, in order to enhance our customer's automotive ownership life-cycle. We provide the advertising and support that you need to take it to the next level.
Our ideal candidate has:
Previous experience in automotive sales
Luxury automotive sales experience is desirable but not necessary.

Increase customer base and develop dealer business
Be thoroughly familiar with all BMW products
Achieve unit sales targets
Achieve target levels of gross profit per unit
Make effective deliveries for all vehicle sales
Perform miscellaneous tasks, duties and projects as needed
High School diploma or equivalent
Prior sales experience preferred
Valid in-state driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
Must pass drug screen and background check
Strong compensation and commission package
