GENERAL MANAGER POSITION
As an Agency General Manager, you will be responsible for:
Marketing & Sales
Compensation: Base plus Commissions and Performance-Based Bonus; Contribution to Health Care Insurance; Paid Vacation

What we need is the right person to become an Agency Manager - Someone who sees Insurance as a career -- not a job.
Someone who believes insurance is a professional service; just like medicine, law and accounting.
Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License; willing to become licensed for Life and Financial Services
At least 3 years experience selling Personal P&C insurance; Life and Financial Services experience a plus
Pride in personal accountability
Proven track record converting leads to sales
Relationship management and negotiation skills
Persuasive written and interpersonal communication skills
Well-honed understanding of the internet and social media applications: Facebook, twitter, linked-in, and the rest
Experienced with technology that increases productivity without wasting time
