AudiologyDesign, a division of Allied Health Media, is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and well-organized individual to join our team as an Account Manager (AM). The AM serves as the primary contact during lead generation, sales process, website design/development and ongoing communication. This role will be responsible for providing the optimal client experience and contributing to business development.
Assess client needs and recommend optimal web solutions
Guide clients through our digital intake process
Coordinate and manage web projects with Project Manager to ensure deadlines are achieved
Review designs and staging websites with clients and manage feedback
Communicate effectively to ensure that we exceed our client's expectations
Work cooperatively with key team members, clients and vendors
Manage designated corporate partner relationships and attend special events
Contribute to monthly sales goals by selling new websites, redesigns, SEO, PPC and logo design
Bachelors' degree in Business, Communications or related field preferred
2 years of experience in sales, account or project management
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of, and ability to communicate website design, development, search engine optimization, pay-per-click and social media principles
Strong working knowledge of web and mobile based technologies
Experience working in a Content Management System preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Able to work from home during regular business hours
Passion, integrity and energy!
Occasional travel is required for our annual company meeting, conferences and team meetings
This is a full-time salaried position plus performance-based bonus
