We are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Involved in every aspect of the store operations. To include selecting, coaching and developing store teammates as well as merchandising, advertising and promotion of products and services. Success at this level opens up a wealth of additional challenging career opportunities.

Assist with Daily Operations
Greet customers and customer phone calls
Completes sales transactions and assists customers with product information
Receive, stock, and ticket merchandise
Stock shelves, size, and organize merchandise
Operate cash register and perform opening and closing duties
Assists in maintaining all merchandise presentation and promotional sales
Handles customer complaints in compliance with company policy
Ability to find areas for growth of sales
Other duties as required and assigned

Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in retail or automotive
Proven customer service, communication, organization and motivational skills
Strong leadership skills
Hitching and or Welding knowledge a plus
Bi-Lingual a plus

Hours 8:00am-6pm M-F and 8:30am-2:00pm Saturday. Salary based on experience
