We have full-time year round positions available for knowledgeable entry level cooks and experienced cooks in both our fine dining and casual dining restaurants. Whether you are just out of culinary school or have been working in the culinary arts for awhile, we have a position for you. Some of the responsibilities of these positions would include, but not be limited to:

Makes certain that all food products needed to assure a smooth service period are handy and well stocked on the line.
Assumes 100% responsibility for the quality of the product served as per spec sheets.
Maintains good cleaning habits throughout the area of assignment, including tables, shelves, radar range, grills, and broiler.
Maintains positive communication with fellow employees.
Keeps a clean and professional appearance at all times.
Performs other related duties as assigned by Executive Chef or Sous Chef.
