Come reward your body with a full body workout. We will focus on push, pull and multi joint movements. This means we have no choice but to burn a ton of calories and incorporate our entire body into the workout. Workouts can be scaled up or down depending on the fitness lvl of the individual so do not be afraid to show up! The greater the intensity, the greater the reward. Workouts usually last one hour.
Light Warm Up: Stretch with Caleb + Frisbee Toss 10min
Circuit Style Training Focusing on Agility, Core, Push and Pull movements 20-30min
Cool Down: Group Frisbee Toss Game 10+ min
Bring water, friends and more friends! :D
*Sat & Sunday@8am* Meet at the Large Thumbnail at howard amon park. Look for frisbees flying and exercise equipment :)
