Industry leader in non-medical home care is seeking healthcare professional who would like to supplement income by working from home.

Ideal for career-oriented healthcare professional such as Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Caregiver, Medical Assistant, Med Tech

Position consists of answering calls, from home, during non-business hours. Calls come from clients, families and caregivers. Such calls occasionally require On-Call Manager to go to client's home or facility to meet care needs, start care services or introduce caregiver to client.

Selected candidates will be achievers who have:
Engaging, professional phone manner
Strong inter-personal communication skills
Passion to work with elderly clients, their families and caregivers
Organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to learn business model and explain to prospective clients

Responsibilities include:
Answering incoming calls promptly and taking action
Going to homes of prospective clients to consult about services
Calling Caregivers to staff shifts for after business hours
Meeting Caregivers at residence of clients to introduce & review expectations
Providing care to clients as fill-in for unexpected absence of caregiver
Documenting activities and reporting daily information to Agency
Attend weekly meetings at Agency

Requirements:
License/Certificate as Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Caregiver, Med Tech, Medical Assistant
Minimum one year experience caring for the elderly
Fast, reliable transportation
Good Motor Vehicle Driving Record
Clear National Background Check
Must live in East Valley

Pay: $225 weekly
It is anticipated that the On-Call Manager will work not more than 20 hours per week and may work less.
