Your duties may include:
Providing administrative support to the management and sales teams
Working on various projects, such as: data entry, record management, billing, etc.
Answering phones and providing assistance to customer by transferring calls to the appropriate parties
Other tasks as needed
The successful candidate will:
Have 1-2 years of administrative support experience
Be proficient with MS Office Suite
Have the ability to maintain a pleasant demeanor while juggling multiple projects professionally and efficiently
Have the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities, and to help where needed to get the job done
This is a long term, part time position working a flexible Monday-Friday schedule (3 hours per day, or two full weekday shifts).
