The owner of a Manufacturing Firm in Providence is seeking an Administrative/Personal Assistant for a temp to hire part time opportunity that would start immediately. The person in this role would be required to work a Monday-Friday schedule of 12:00 pm-6:00 pm until early September and transition into a 8:30 am-12:00 pm schedule starting mid September. This position would be offering an hourly rate between $14-15/hr. The ideal candidate would have previous experience functioning in a dual role as a Personal Assistant and Administrative Assistant to senior management in a Manufacturing/non-corporate setting.

Responsibilities will include:
* Extensive dictation of meeting notes, client follow up calls and other related information
* Drafting and editing correspondences as needed to both local and international clients
* Maintaining Owner's scheduled appointments
* Following up on client correspondents
* Arranging travel plans as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

* Candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years of Administrative support experience. The ideal candidate would also have experience functioning as a personal assistant to senior management
* Candidates must have strong dictation and typing skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel 2010 is required
* Attention to detail and ability to multi-task ans "wear several hats" is a must
