We will train you on installation and how to trouble shoot our product in-house. This position is approximately 25% customer support, 25% sales in house, 25% order entry/fulfillment and 25% product assembly/repair/installation. Office hours 8:00am - 6:00pm. Office is located in brooklyn (11228) flushing 11357
Position Responsibilities will include:
- Product Assembly -- Includes building computer from parts,
- Assist in installation and use of our software on customer's remote computer
- Basic troubleshooting/support of our software on our customer's computer and of our products both in-house and via remote software sessions.
- Enter phone orders into Quickbooks and then pack, qc and ship.
- When not supporting customers, the position involves servicing units sent in for repair, assembling/packing new units for sale, installing and configuring software on new units and managing part inventory.
- Product Area Organization -- keep production room clean and organized.
- Arrange and pick inventory
