Aggressively growing company in the Credit Card Processing field looking for motivated and driven individual to compliment our staff of customer service representatives in our Technical Support Office. Job position requires excellent computer abilities in multiple software, excellent phone skills to efficiently deal with customer and equipment issues, knowledge of Ethernet based equipment, ability to deal with schedules and equipment deployment in a timely and efficient manner. Bi-lingual a must, experience in the processing field or similar a huge plus but base qualified individuals will be trained on our systems. Applicants with Windows certification and/or other LAN experience preferred as this position also performs support for multiple workstations in an active office environment.
