We are looking for full-time administrative support for our merchant sales team, previous merchant sales experience a strong plus but not required.
Job duties include, but are not limited to the following
Inbound/ outbound calls to set appointments (no cold calling, follow up on leads)
Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders.
Document all client interaction in CRM system (salesforce) according to company policy
Meet or exceed all appointment setting goals, and other established client or management expectations.
Other responsibilities or duties as assigned by management, as needed
