Established recruiting firm in Safety Harbor, FL is looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant / Internet Research person -- 20 to 25 hours per week to start, can grow to full-time. Be the voice and the face of our office and organization.
Use knowledge and skills obtained through experience and/or on-the-job training to provide a wide variety of administrative and staff support services. Work with and assist Account Executives on a daily/hourly basis. Must love to work hard and have fun!
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word.
Data base maintenance; key entry experience. Ability to correctly input, interpret, and present data professionally.
Must be able to conduct online internet research. Knowledgeable in various social media platforms with the ability to support and update online multimedia content and websites.
Must be able to multitask efficiently, answer inbound telephone calls and complete tasks in a timely manner.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and a dedicated problem solver.
PCR or Recruiting Industry database experience preferred but not required.
Must live within a safe, commutable distance to Safety Harbor, FL.
