Purchasing Clerk in Naples, FL

Family-owned Health-food store is hiring a Purchasing Clerk.

Responsibilities:
-Monday through Thursday ordering for Health food store.
-Inventory & Supplies
-Contact Vendors and confirmed orders
-Keep track of credit card purchases/Keep Accounting totals
-Work alongside bookkeeping department to create budgets and handle multiple credit cards
- Keep up with new information concerning companies and ordering policies
-Follow up with orders

Required:
-Must have Computer knowledge
-Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
-Must be excellent at researching online.
-Detail oriented
-Must have Purchasing experience
-Quick learner and comfortable with multiple software and Point of Sale systems

Additional
-Vitamins knowledge a plus but not required

25 - 28 hours a week. Salary commiserate on experience. EMAIL RESUME ONLY!
