Who do we seek?
We are seeking an experienced marketing manager to direct the company's marketing efforts and initiatives and join our exceptional management team. A candidate for this position must know the ins-and-outs of marketing, how to manage people and projects, and, most importantly, how to get positive results with an absolute minimum of supervision.
Why are we seeking this individual?
Two reasons: to manage the company's existing direct marketing programs and to lead future marketing and product development efforts, all to generate new revenue. This position is situated at the vanguard of the organization and will play an important role in the company's development over time.
What qualifications must this person possess?
Excellent knowledge of marketing theory and practice
Strong people and project management abilities
Pioneering spirit with lots of ideas and energy and the steadfastness to implement those ideas
Exceptional communication, analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities
Good sense of design
Advanced skill level in all Office programs
Would be a plus:
Basic competence in Adobe InDesign
Experience in managing direct mail marketing campaigns
Internet and social media marketing experience
