Part-time with potential for full-time in next 12-18 months. Position will supervise site managers at multi-family properties in Greensboro. All properties managed/owned by 45-year-old nonprofit. Duties include: property inspections, assisting with regulatory inspections, preparing monthly calendars for each site, create, update, and adminster policies and procedures in effective manner to insure all properties remain in compliance with both internal and outside policies, HUD and/or tax-credit property experience preferred but not required, proficiency in Word and Excel, Outlook knowledge helpful, occasional emergency call response (very limited). Reliable transportation, current valid drivers license, background check, drug screen required. Position reports to Assistant to Executive Director. Pay range is $17-20 per hour; 20 hours per week with flexible hours Monday-Friday, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Some benefits provided. Submit resume and cover letter.
