Customer Service/Sales Team Leader

Work Environment:
Work is performed at desk, in parts showroom, on outside retail lot, in service shop.
Work is performed in hot and cold weather, rain or shine.
Fast pace environment
A small business (10 employees) requires varying tasks from time to time to ensure all needed tasks are completed

Job Duties:
Lead customer service staff (3)
Develop strategies to accomplish company objectives
Answer in coming phone calls and emails.
Assist customers both in the office and outside on our retail lot.
Answer customers inquiries by generating verbal, email and/or written quotes on products and services
Followup with customers on submitted quotes.
Sell products and services
Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
Place orders for non-stocking items ordered by customers and followup to ensure delivery schedule is met.
Answer questions about warranties or terms of sales.
Work with other customer service associates, accounting, service technicians and vendors to ensure proper customer service is delivered
Assist in maintaining inventory and inventory records.
Review active orders and ensure customers expectations are met.
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, fax, social media,
Prepare for customer inquiries by constantly improving expertise of products and services offered
Help maintain clean facilities
Maintain an organized work space

Informing Others, Verbal Communication, Resolving Conflict, Listening, Multi-tasking, General Math Skills, Counting Money, Problem Solving, Organization, Email, Google Docs or Microsoft Office. Punctuality. Self Starter.
