CT Graphic Arts (www.ctgraphicarts.com), a San Luis-based distributor to the flexo-printing industry, is seeking a customer service/admin associate in our small but busy office. We like to maintain a casual environment, but we also have high standards for professionalism and dependability. Hours are M-F, 8-5. This is most likely a full-time position with benefits, but part-time may be an option, depending on the situation/candidate. Hourly rate is somewhat negotiable and depends on relevant experience.
You will report to the customer service manager and your time will be spent interacting with customers via phone and email, working with sales reps to set up new customers/help with price quotations, processing orders through the entire transaction cycle-- from order entry to shipping & invoicing--and some A/R collection. Admin duties include filing, occasional spreadsheet creation and/or maintenance, with other responsibilities as needed. Please be comfortable switching gears--multi-tasking is inherent in this position.
Professional communication skills are a must, as well as a comfort level and proficiency in working with specs, numbers and math. Please know Word, Excel, and internet navigation.
Dependability, a sense of urgency, attention to details, sound judgement, and above all, an ability to work with little supervision are all key qualifications for this job. Self-starters move to the front of the line.
