Growing company is seeking an aggressive recruiter to search for positions in a federal environment including consulting, IT, financial, and change management positions.
- Searching resumes using social media and other recruiting channels
- Screening and conducting screening interviews on the phone to determine if applicants will be invited to attend face-to-face interviews; screening may involve other team members
- Conducting interviews: scheduling and coordinating interviews with applicants and other team members
- Extending offers to successful candidates
- Bachelor's Degree; 5 additional years of relevant recruiting experience may be substituted.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of recruiting experience.
- Experience in the government contracting environment required.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking software required.
