The Executive Director of a statewide non-profit organization is in need of an Executive Assistant to aid in the smooth flow of office management on a temporary basis. The Temporary position could become Permanent, but there are no guarantees at this time.This requires someone who is an extremely well-organized self starter. Previous experience working for a Non-Profit is preferred.

Some essential duties:
-Organizing events, travel arrangements, managing Executives schedule. Help in organizing the office in general.
-Calendar management, e-mail assistance, taking notes in meetings, organizing notes, office filing
digital filing and organization, running errands

Other skills that are extremely important involve assisting with setting up phone conferences/webinars. Must be IT savvy!.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high priority position as you would be the direct assistant to the Executive Director of the Non-Profit.
