Accept telephone, fax, and email orders for human tissue allograft products.
Obtain and enter customer contact information into the inventory tracking system.
Initiate the order fulfillment process and create picking tickets based on product availability using the inventory tracking system.
Respond to customers' questions and provide information about products, shipping arrangements, return policies, and related inquiries.
Refer non-routine questions or billing or service complaints to Customer Service Representative or CSR Supervisor for resolution.
Maintain current knowledge of product lines/product codes, prices, delivery time, drop-ship items, and other required data.
Assist the CSR Supervisor in maintaining accurate sales and product pricing on all sales orders and in the inventory management system.
Maintain tissue utilization/tracking records (TTRs) and files appropriately in a timely manner.
Maintain current knowledge of software features and proficiency in using PTT's inventory tracking system.
Organize and maintain records of purchase orders using Excel software and following first-in-first-out inventory valuation principles.
Assist in entering product information into inventory tracking software.
Assist the Shipping/Receiving Supervisor with packaging shipments to meet distribution schedules.
