FT & PT Cook
The ideal candidate will have experience with prep and cooking on a line in a similar environment.
Salary: $13.00 per hour
? Under the direction of the Director of Dining Services, direct and participate in food preparation, following standard recipes and special diet orders. Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours so that quality, temperature, and food appearance are preserved.
? Work within all budge guidelines, safety and sanitation standards and policies.
? Promptly discuss and resolve any potential foodservice and care coordination problems with all involved team members and team leaders.
? With DDS or DFB, manage all aspects of food and supply management including, securing items in time for food prep, ensuring leftovers are stored, then used, and inventories maintained -- all according to Spectrum Dietary Standards and Policies
? Keep assigned work station in a safe and sanitary condition and be familiar and comply with all state and local health department practices, safety practices, and infection control practices.
? Maintain acceptable standards of personal hygiene and comply with department dress code.
? Set up, break down and clean your work area/kitchen according to the Spectrum Dietary Standards and Policies.

FT Memory Care Life Enrichment Coordinator
Th ideal candidate will have a great deal of patience and experience working within a memory care environment.
Salary: Dependent upon experience
? A Memory Care LEC is responsible for directing the development, implementation, supervision and ongoing evaluation of the Memory Care activities program.
? Plan and direct the Memory Care program of activities and entertainment that enriches the lives of residents and adds fun and excitement to their lives.
? Facilitate the development of the monthly calendar with input from staff and residents and ensure that it is equally balanced with cultural, intellectual, spiritual, social, physical and recreational opportunities. Prepare and submit the calendar, at least 2 weeks in advance, to the Director of Fun for review.
? Provide activities directly and coordinate the provision of activities by other persons and volunteers (i.e., ministers, residents, family members, other Team Members, etc.).
? Procure groups, organizations, and individuals to perform for or instruct the Residents as part of the Activity program.
? Develop and manage the Memory Care Trips program and schedule with the Director Fun.
? Develop the Memory Care Volunteer Program and supervise volunteers.
? Maintain activities within budgetary limits.
? Drive residents to events as needed.

FT & PT Server
FT Morning shift, 7am - 3pm (weekends are a must)PT Evening shift, 3:30pm - 7:30pm (some weekends)This position has a high focus on customer service.
Salary: $9 per hour (no tips)
? Complete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by your community, dietary department and specific area of responsibility.
? Direct residents to their tables, present menus, suggest dishes, assist in drink selection, inform residents, family, and other guests about food preparation details; communicate specific resident needs to the cooks.
? Create a satisfying dining experience, according to resident preference and the Spectrum Dietary standards and policies.
? Demonstrate a positive disposition when entering a resident's room and be willing to adjust schedule to meet the individual expectations or requests of the residents.
? Report any noticeable change(s) in resident's condition to appropriate management team members. Completes any/all documentation or paperwork including documenting exceptions to service plan delivery in the service notes.
? Immediately alert Lead Server, Dining Room Supervisor or DDS/DFB of any resident comments, complaints and suggestions.
? Perform all assigned sanitation, stocking, food preparation and housekeeping/cleaning duties as outlined in the Spectrum Dietary Standards and policies.
? Participate in daily pre-shift meetings.
? Frequent transporting of residents in wheelchairs. Assist residents in walking and transferring into a chair.
