CWIS is a provider of services to The Department of Housing and Urban Development. We are seeking a FT/Regular employee to handle HOA and Code Violations for the properties in our inventory. We are located in downtown Colorado Springs, and pay 100% for covered parking. We have an excellent benefit package and flexible work schedule.
The qualified candidate will be familiar with HOA and COAs and how they operate, familiar with Code Enforcement and have a working knowledge of home repair.

Accounting, HOA and Real Estate or Title language background is preferred.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment (multi-tasking).
Ability to exercise the skills necessary to identify situations that require attention and resolution as well as appropriate discretion that requires the attention of senior management.
Excellent organizational skills; possess ability to prioritize workload and operate effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision.
Must be an action-oriented, results driven individual
Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules, and the democratic political process.
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology.
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook as well as Internet Explorer.
Knowledge of P260 and UPAMS is highly desired.

Self-starter with the confidence and ability to build and maintain successful relationships with customers and business partners

Proven experience in customer satisfaction, and problem solving within private, non-profit, or government sector. Formal training in customer service, quality processes/systems, and/or problem solving skills development is desirable.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 2 -- 3 years related experience and/or training in real estate management or HUD related environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. An Associate's Degree is desirable.
