We are a fast-paced, small but growing IT managed services and consulting company looking for technicians that want to work with multiple clients in multiple industries around the Bay Area. Specifically, we need a full-time Tier 2 field technician. The field part of that description is important, if you have transportation and like working outside of a typical office environment then keep reading.

What You Offer:
You have been around the block. Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience as an IT technician in a business setting.
You know how computers work and can troubleshoot beyond turning it off and on again. You have a basic understanding of networks and network principles with both Windows and Apple operating systems.
You go with the flow. You are organized, flexible, and able to handle rapidly changing priorities.
You don't leave your clients in the dark. Following up with clients is second nature to you.
