Account Manager (Long Beach)
Our company is experiencing tremendous growth within the fitness equipment industry and is looking for an energetic, self starting Account Manager that can handle a fast paced work environment.
This position will be responsible for all procedures relating to the management of our client accounts as well as office/scheduling/administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be a personable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, reliable, and organized professional capable of handling all client accounts while utilizing outstanding customer service.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Quickly and professionally scheduling and confirming appointments in a fast-paced environment.
Answering inquiries from potential new clients and facilitating service appointments and other requirements.
Building strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Carrying out effective, efficient operating and administrative policies.
Maintaining the office and accepting deliveries.
Collaborating with others on a variety of projects.
Creating and editing professional documents.
Acting as liaison between our clients, vendors, and contractors.
Coordinating the office's day-to-day operations including maintenance of office equipment and supplies, and ensuring a clean, organized working environment.
Performing long term projects in an organized and efficient manner.
Executing other duties as assigned.
Attention to detail is an absolute MUST.
Outstanding Customer Service Skills.
Consistent punctuality, reliability, friendliness, and professionalism even while under pressure.
Excellent Microsoft computer skills and proficiency in Google Calendar, Google Docs, Excel and Word.
Ability to handle multiple requests and inquiries in a professional, friendly, and upbeat manner.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Positive and self-motivated.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written, verbal.
Excellent spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills.
Flexible team player - willing to learn new tasks.
Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of work.
Must be a problem solver and address issues in a timely manner.
Must be willing to make a long-term commitment.
