DDI's Customer Service Representative is a part-time position, you would be working Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm. Our office is conveniently located near the Irvine Spectrum. This is an excellent entry level job for students!
- Answering phone calls in our Operations department
- Screening applicants to ensure they are qualified to meet with our clients
- Assist with any questions or concerns potential candidates may have
- No cold calling! You would only be speaking with people who expressed interest in our services
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with computer software (Windows, Microsoft Office, Gmail)
- Strong work ethic with the ability to succeed in a team environment
You would start making $10 an hour with the ability to negotiate compensation after a 90 day review. We encourage promotions from within and all successful candidates have the opportunity to have a long-term career with Delivery Drivers, Inc.
