We are a growing IT company with a need for an admin/accounting representative. This job has an opportunity to grow as the company continues to grow.
Key duties will include but are not limited to:
-Client invoicing and generating client bills.
-Entering bills for payment and ensuring items are paid in a timely manner.
-Ordering office supplies.
-Vendor and customer communications.
-Supporting other departments through accounting activities.
-Reviewing of credit card charges.
-High school diploma or GED
-Some QuickBooks experience preferred but not a must.
-Strong communication skills
