JetBrains Americas seeks to add a quality customer support team member to our team. We've grown 30% plus over the last 5 consecutive years and we need another valued employee to help with the demand.

Duties include:
Handling busy incoming email.
Answer software licensing and policy questions
Respond to incoming quote requests
Answer incoming phones
Maintain company CRM system with updated contact information
Work with customers on licensing renewals, purchases & subscription updates via our web site and direct over the phone.
Maintain current knowledge of product line, prices, delivery time and various promotions
Handle customer issues and route to other team members as appropriate Assists in marketing efforts when time allows
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Bachelors, or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years work experience.
Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, and MS Word.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
