Human Resources Assistant. This is a part time administrative role, assisting the Director of Human Resources with staffing, benefits admin. and HRIS. Other HR disciplines, such as employee relations and safety may be added for the right candidate. 24-28 hours per week. Flexible schedule can be M/W/TH or M-Friday.
HS. graduate required. Business School or College degree is a plus.
Two years administrative experience required. HR office experience strongly preferred.
Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point and Word) and typing 60-70 WPM. Strong data entry skills required.
Must be a confidential, discreet, highly organized, detail oriented and efficient individual with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Hospitality experience is a plus.
Lake, Marion, Sumter County, or Apopka are preferred, as the resort is a reasonable commute from these areas. Most areas of Orlando proper are a solid 45 minute-one hour commute on toll roads.
