TRU is seeking full-time PM LINE COOKS to join their kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated Line Cooks who are eager to gain fine dining experience or build on their current fine dining cook experience under Chef Anthony Martin.
This position has true growth potential: whether you already have fine dining experience or you're a culinary student starting out, this is an excellent opportunity for a talented, dedicated Cook to build and expand a culinary career. EOE. E-Verify.
A minimum of 6 months of Line Cook experience in a high-volume restaurant
Availability for shifts beginning around 12 noon

Pay is shift pay and based on experience. We are closed Sundays and Mondays so you will have off both days.
