Seeking qualified candidate to assist with overall office operations, multiple varied tasks required. Must have a keen eye for detail and be able to multi-task. Must be able to take direction well and work well independently.
Must possess strong basic office, filing and customer service skills as well as be EXTREMELY EFFICIENT in Excel as the job requires 95% Excel work creating tables, spreadsheets, macros and formulas.
Must be trustworthy, reliable dependable and discreet.
Hours are not flexible and some alternating Saturdays may be required.
Pay Rate Commensurate with Experience
Testing will be performed on all eligible applicants
