Position available for someone to help handle customer service, payment processing and general office administration including offering quotes or pricing to consumers.
We are looking for a long-term candidate who is eager to work, a fast learner and self motivated.
It is extremely important to have a positive and friendly attitude for both customer service and co-workers.
Helping customers as they call in with any questions or concerns.
Verifying customer's information as each sale is made.
Dealing with any corrections or adjustments to customer's policies.
Sort data and run reports, create spreadsheets, etc.
Processing monthly payments and keeping accounts current.
Collection duties regarding past due accounts.
Handling chargebacks and consumer complaints.
Filing, sorting, keeping all customer correspondence where it belongs.
*Must have a clear speaking voice.
*Must have excellent computer skills including all MS office products.
*Must be proactive, ambitious, someone who finishes the job correctly the first time.
*Must be very detail oriented, able to double check your own work as well as others.
*You must have great people skills and be able to handle yourself very well with customers.
*Must have your OWN transportation.
*Must be a multi tasker.
Hours are from 10am-7pm Monday thru Friday
