Parts and Service Coordinator for Medical Imaging Equipment Company: responsibilities include identifying, locating and obtaining parts in order to meet customer's needs. Maintains inventory control, research and order parts for Field Engineers. Will report directly to the Operations Director and support all departmental administrative duties. Must be a team player, have the ability to juggle competing priorities between parts and service departments and be comfortable working in an office and warehouse environment.
Job Requirements:
Possession of extraordinary customer service, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Have excellent written, verbal, and listening skills and be detail oriented.
Working knowledge of computer processes for composing letters, quotations, reports and calendar schedule.
Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, lift up to 50lbs. and operate a forklift
