Condo Association in Hollywood has an immediate opening for the Administrative Assistant position.
A person with a calm demeanor and great people skills is the best fit for this position. Professional person to assist General Manager and the Board of Directors with administrative duties such as answering phones, assisting walk-in residents, maintaining resident and building files, Violation letters, overseeing work orders, scheduling vendors, assisting with mailings & special projects, etc.
Must have strong customer service background, organizational skills and prior experience working in a HOA, condo or apartment building office. TOPS and EXCEL knowledge a plus. Non smoker.
