Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides technical and electronic support to professional staff as needed.
Researches regulatory resources governing utilities.
Prepares draft client documents and schedules under direction of professional staff.
Finalizes, cleans-up and protects client Excel workbooks for production.
Set-up Sharefiles for clients; organizes and labels data for upload to Sharefile, including discovery
assistance and preparation.
Prepares publication requests and confirmations of same.
Maintains and updates office basic procedures manual for reference and training.
Oversees supply purchases.
Retrieves and forwards voicemail messages and faxes and answers incoming telephone calls.
Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other
Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate
Other duties as assigned.
2 year degree from college or technical school. Bachelor's degree preferred.
3 years office administration experience.
Requires proficiency with Adobe PDF, Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and
Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail
Approaches others in a tactful manner; reacts well under pressure; maintains confidentiality.
