Do you have a heart for working with elders to ensure they receive quality services in their home? Are you highly motivated, dependable, and work well in a team as well as individually?
We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented individual to join our dedicated team for a part time (20 hours a week) position based in Anchorage, with the potential of more hours per week.
Responsibilities include assisting clients and families with selection of services to suit the client's needs. Qualified individual will assist with recruitment, training and placement of In-Home Workers in client homes to provide chore, personal care assistance and respite.
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in social work, human services or a health related field and one year of work experience required. Equivalent work experience in related field may be considered as a substitute for the degree.
The successful applicant must display a professional appearance, have competent computer skills, and exhibit excellent phone and customer service skills. Cultural diversity a plus and must be able to travel to rural areas of the state. Candidate must also pass the background check.
We offer a competitive benefit package including mileage reimbursement, medical, dental and after 1 year of employment and 1000 hours, you will be eligible to participate in the 401K with agency match. Pay depends on education and experience.
