Locally owned business with revenues exceeding $150k per month is looking for a full time office manager/book keeper to run a one person office.

We need an organized, self-starter who's not afraid to jump right in!

Must have excellent communication skills and extensive knowledge of QuickBooks Premier, Microsoft Word and Excel.

A few duties include: AP / AR, answering phones and returning messages, tracking expenses, filing, collections, monthly reconciliations, and daily banking.

FT/PT, 30-40 hours a week - To be discussed with candidate before hire. Hourly wage, DOE.
