As part of the Back of House Management team you will be welcomed into a fast paced and rapidly growing company.

The BOH Manager is responsible to ensure all guests are presented with superior products that are prepared in our "scratch" kitchen according to our high standards.

This position also assists the theatre team in achieving planned sales by performing all responsibilities and tasks of their position according to Carolina Cinemas' standards, policies and procedures for operational excellence.

The BOH Manager also helps to protect the brand by maintaining a sanitary, safe, respectful, efficient and a high quality work environment while effectively managing operational/product costs.

The ideal candidate will:

Have 3-4 years of management experience with at least 2 years of management experience in a restaurant
Have at least 3 years of restaurant kitchen experience with an emphasis on high volume
Be able to work 45-50 hours per week on a flexible schedule, including holidays
Be able to motivate a back of house staff to push through periods of high volume with effieciency
Maintain a back of house schedule on a weekly basis
Maintain a kitchen and smallwares inventory on a weekly basis
Establish par lists for kitchen items and maintain efficient ordering
Must be Serve Safe Certified
Effective communication with peers, managers and guests.
Lifting up to 50 pounds
